Hi Agents, in regards to the Tenancy Agreement, if the Landlord adds in a new clause and the tenant does not accept the new clause and he sticks with the original agreement, does he have the right to have a refund of his deposit if the deal does not go through? Likewise if the tenant wants to add in a new clause and the Landlord decides to stick with the original agreement, does he have the right to forfeit the deposit if the deal does not go through?
