Hi agents, I would like to know if I buy a 5room resale flat & grant seller 2 months extension of stay, how much should I charge them for:
1 - Service& Conservancy Charges (without rebates)
2 - Property Tax (calculated at residential tax rates)
Would appreciate your advice & opinions. Thanks!!!

Hi,

You are suppose to bear the cost for both as a buyer according to HDB extension of stay regulations.

You are allowed to charge a rent from the seller according to market rate, also negotiable.

Common conservancy charges is more or less $66, but difference town council has different charges. Thus you have to find out from individual town council.

You may try this property tax calculator to check your property tax incurred to determine your rental rate.
