Hi Agents,

I am at my early 40 and am earning 4K/month. On hand I have 150K cash for 2nd property investment. Currently servicing my HDB loan using cpf and also have a car with 300 bucks monthly installment.

Base on my current financial background as described above, I am looking to invest in 1 room condo and would like to know,

1) How much can I loan?
2) What is the monthly installment like?
2) What is the condo price range like?

As you have one existing mortgage on hand, you can only obtain max of 50% loan. Furthermore, with car loan on hand, the figures might be lower. You have capital of $150k loan but the estimated one bedroom unit will range around $600k, conservatively. Hence you will be short of around $230, not forgetting the ABSD and normal stamp duty. Do note that all the above are only possible if you are SC and have fulfilled the MOP requirement.

Dear investor,

Will you be comfortable to invest in a UK hotel? With the cash you have on hand, it will be just about right to secure 1 unit itself where the returns will be at least 7% over 2 years period. The whole investment structure is sound and with guaranteed buy back on the 5th year by the developer.
