Dear Patrice,
Are the school options already fixed and nowhere to make alternative arrangements? I am saying this because the campus is in Tampines (East) where I am currently staying and the working location is in the opposite end of the island. Transportation will definitely be an issue to be considered. From a parent perspective, if there is no alternative school arrangements, I will opt to stay near the school for ease of moving around to fetch the children to and from school. A train ride from Tampines to Pioneer will take about an hour plus. What is a rental price range which you are working on? Perhaps I maybe able to assist further.
