1. For older condos, the size is usually larger with better layout and space planning. It will make a better environment for own stay and its more attractive to expats who are more keen on spacious living.
2. Casuavina Cove is in a good and unique location and therefore you do not need to worry about the challenges some of the older condos faced when looking for a buyer as it aged.
3. For the possible downside, the facilities are definitely older and the facade of the building is definitely not as attractive as the newer condos.
