Hi Boz, the Expected Completion ends with 'No later than (date)'. This means that the developer has to finish construction by the stipulated date. If the developer is late in completion, he has to pay the authorities and all the owners compensation.

Usually, the move in date, called the T.O.P date (Temporary Occupation Period), is earlier than the expected completion date. The developer will send a letter to the owners once the property is fit for occupation.
