Hello
We are renting a condo. Due to downsizing of our department, I lost my job here and asked to move out of Singapore.
My rental agreement does not have any mention of pre-mature termination of contract. My agent says I need to pay entire year rental which is not only illogical but also impossible for me. I’m willing to serve required notice to my landlord and also okay to forgo my one month deposit.
I am quite distressed due to loosing job and additionally with the issue of rental agreement. What is the best way to get out of this situation?
Thanks
