We are a couple looking to rent either the following:

Master bedroom
- budget S$1800 all inclusive
- recent condo and furnished unit
- maximum 35min from Raffles Place with bus/MRT
- can cook, no owner staying

1 bedroom unit
- budget S$1900 all inclusive
- recent condo
- furnished unit with balcony
- maximum 35min from Raffles Place with bus/MRT

1 year least at lease, move in January 1st, can sign and pay deposit anytime.

Hi, I have a Studio unit at Grandview Suites. It is a newly TOP condo and fully furnished. Also, it takes less than 30 mins to Raffles Place.
