Hello, this is Mohit Rungta. I'm a student at Raffles College of Higher Education starting my term from the 1st of July. I'll be flying down to singapore at that time only. I am looking for a private room or a common room in a condomium. Location should be near Farrer Park/ Little India Mrt/ Bencoolen Mrt or near any of the Mrts which are a only a few stops to the station near my college i.e, Clarke Quay Mrt.
I need the room for about 6 months starting from the 1st of july till the end of december , which may be extended later. My budget is at $900 including bills. It can be increased to $1000 tops depending upon the condo location , the room and the facilities available. Im a really flexible and easy to go guy. I can cook as well so the flatmates living alongwith me have a plus point to them. PM for details
