Hello PropertyGuru experts,
I'm a landlord & the TA with my current tenant will be expiring in May 2023. My tenant has expressed interest in renewing the TA. How can I extend the TA without going thru my agent as I do not wish to pay the agent fee for just renewing TA. Can the experts advise me what are the steps I need to do. Thank you for your time in relying.

Hi,

You may try to negotiate with your agent on a lower commission since it is just a renewal of lease.

I would advise you to engage an agent for the renewal. Agent job is not just handle paperwork for renewal.
