This way there is always a intermediary who helps cushion the direct and sometimes hostile or over friendly relationships that owners have to endure, dealing with their tenants. A professional agent will cushion this and your flat will be taken care of well by your agent for the entirety of the TA. It is never a one-off relationship. 1 My charge for whole unit rental (only after sucessfull deal)
- 0.5 month rent for 1 year lease
- 1 month rent for 2 year lease
For renewal agent commision will be 0.5 month rent for every 1 year lease
Commission is subjected to GST

2. Yes, it is possible to handle the TA renewal by yourself
