Hi,

It will depend on the terms of the Tenancy Agreement. Usually for Tenancy Agreements involving HDB flats, there will be a clause that states that in the event of a sale, the Landlord will have to inform the Tenant of the sale, and request them in writing to move out from the flat.

Should you need require further assistance in matters relating to property, please contact me at my mobile 9748 6305  .

Thank you.

Best regards,

Dear sir/mdm,

As what my good friend Robbie has indicated, if there is a clause within the tenancy agreement which allows for landlord to do so, then it will be under the tenant(s)' obligation to fulfil whatever is stated in the the Tenancy Agreement.

Do check out the Tenancy Agreement and seek assistance via the professional channel if required.

Hi, a tenancy agreement is a form of contract too and landlord can’t do that. In your case, you may wish to seek for a legal advice.
