Hello, my husband is Singapore citizen and I am a PR. we bought a condo in Jan 2011. is it possible for us to buy one more resale HDB flat? if not, how and when can we buy it? Thanks!

Hi Trang,

Yes, you can.
But you are require to dispose off your condo within 6 months upon purchase of the HDB flat.
