Hello, My father had married 2 wives. The first wife is my mother who holding long term pass and second is Singapore citizen. My father and the second wife have one HDB flat and they have 3 children. My father and second wife have been separated(but not get divorced) and my father living with my mother in my flat last 4 years. We were applying PR for my mother and still under progress. Could anybody advice if My father can buy 2nd HDB with my mother?
