Hello, is it necessary when Buying hdb to have a housing agent?

Hi,
It will be in your interests to do so, as the financial planning, paperwork and planning could make house buying a dreadful experience. Not to mention the various HDB policies and also coordination with the timelines of yours and the sellers. Thanks and hope to discuss further.
