Typically owner pays for the maintenance fees, and tenant pays for the utilities. May I have more info and requirements about your plans so to make better recommendations? Thanks and look forward to value-add to your housing plans.

Hi, the tenant will pay for the SP Svc and internet bill while the landlord only pay for the monthly maintenance fee.

Hi Sir/Madam

Most of the rental transactions:
- Maintenance fees - pay by owner
- Electricity and water bills - pay by tenant
- Internet wifi - pay by tenant

However, there are no fixed rule on these. All terms can be discussed with tenant.
I just rented out few units whereby owner pay for electricity, water and wifi as per tenant request, and this of course with higher rental.
