Hello! I'm a single of 32, can i opt to purchase a BTO/DBSS flat with my mum who's an occupant of my current HDB (4rm) flat even before i turn 35?

DBSS flats price are ridiculously higher, so my best option for my current salary is to purchase a 3 rm flat
