Hello,
I'm a child currently residing with my parents.
Lately, my parents got into an altercation. The outcome from that: my Father has made plans to sell the flat we lived in, without the approval from his spouse (my mum).
My question is: Will my dad be able to proceed with the resale procedures, and have the Flat sold without the approval of my mum?
