Hello!
I would like to get a EC dual key unit for my daughter's marriage. However our current flat is bought second time directly from HDB, thus is it possible to buy the EC in my daughter's name? Can we finance the EC with my husband & my CPF with the new restriction? How much minimum cash is required?
Please advise.
