Hello, I would like to ask about the payment.
If I want to rent properties, do I have to pay to the agent monthly or yearly? And how about the deposit?
Please help me, thank you.

Hi Sera,

By the way, nope you only need to pay a 1 time payment with gst to your servicing agent will do. And if you do intend to renew at the end of the lease, then you pay for the agent commission for another round.
