Hello, I will arrive in Singapore mid-February on an Employment Pass, while my wife will arrive some weeks earlier on a Dependent Pass. Will she be able to sign a rental agreement if she has my employment contract and copy of my passport in hand, or do I (holder of EP) need to be physically present?
