Hello! I want to rent an apartment for 2 people in Singapore- Sims Avenue. How can I pay for it? Can I book it online and pay by cash when I come to Singapore? Or which rules do you have? Also I want to ask if I can rent an apartment firstly for 1 month and then if all would be fine continue it for more long period? Thank you, waiting for your answer

Hi Tania, it is possible to book a unit by simply just transferring the 1st month rental into the landlord’s account. By the way, minimum lease in Singapore will be 3 months period but most landlord only prefer at least a year.
