Hello, I plan to sell property and my unit is listed by an agent exclusively for 3 months. For now, 3 months already passed but that agent is still helping me listing my unit (not many other things is done). Now a friend who happens to know that I want to sell my unit, her agent has buyers want to buy units near my area… my friend has introduced this buyer agent to me.
In this case, what should I do? Do I need to inform my current seller? If not, is it possible for me to deal directly with the buyer seller? If she is representing the buyer, she also cannot be my agent right? I think I still need to pay agent fee as buyer won’t pay for condo.. then who should I pay my agent fee? Or should I still contact my agent and ask them to deal with each other?
