Hello, I offered my 1% cheque @ S$1100 psf for 2 bed (980 Sq ft) for stack 21 but still cannot get high floor above level 18.

I am only looking at Stack 21 as other stacks get afternoon sun (#17) or are close to AYE (#25).

What is a good price to offer to close for above 18.

Hi Shawn,

$1100psf seems like a pretty good offer. The seller may be holding for higher offer. A high floor 980sqft unit at stack 25 was transacted at $1011psf last month.

If you really like the unit, you definitely need to offer higher. How much can close is really subjective, no one other than the seller will really know.
