Hello,
I moved to singapore 2 years ago. I'll be completing my rental lease in 3 months' time and wish to move. When can i ask the landlord to return the advance rental deposit? Are there conditions under which he can retain the deposit? Reason being, I wish to use the deposit against the next lease.
I understand there are some changes to the property guidelines. What are the advance rental deposits for 1 year and 2 year leases now? Any other advance payments to look out for?
