There are many reasons for such high volume of sales/rental listings in Parc Oasis Condo.
There is a strong possibility of duplicate listings from different agents marketing same units (this will happen when Owners/Landlords engage multiple agents to market the units). This will create a misrepresentation on the actual situation.
