Hello I have $60k in my cpf can I buy a resale flat I don't have any cash

Good evening Danny,
I will strongly advise you to apply for HLE (HDB loan) first to find out how much loan can you obtain to see whether are you able to purchase a resale HDB under single singapore citizen scheme.
But do take note that you still need to come out with minimal cash:
1) $5k option deposit
2) $80 resale application
3) $200 valuation fee
4) 1% agent commission plus 7% GST etc
