Hello, I am owner of a Mandarin Gardens Condo and interested in knowing about recent Enbloc activity. I think its right time for Mandarin Gardens to be sold for enbloc as the property is getting old and has no comparison to the latest equipment & design of better living. I heard there is group resisting the recent move, but eventually it will go for Enbloc. As owners why not we should get the cash and live the remaining years in comfort then leave the property to be sold later. Appreciate your comments.

Hi Sami,

I do understand your views, as many people think the same way as you in their views for enbloc.

However, in this world, no one person will think alike 100% of the time. It would be very scary if you find another person who will think, talk and act 100% like you do.

People all have different thinking, and that's what sets us apart from the people around us. Everyone is special in our own ways.

Put this into context, there is no right and wrong decision here. I believe those that objects to the enbloc have their own reasons. It could be sentimental value for the property, where you cannot attach a monetary value to. Not everyone is looking in terms of dollars and cents.

Hope my comments do help you in your decision making.

Thank you.
