hello, I am looking to sell my flat and my co-owner (Father) recently checked into Hotel Changi Prison for drug related offences. this only solidifies my intention. i wish to sell before he gets released so that i do not have to deal with his bs anymore. we not on good terms.

any idea how to proceed?
