In propertyguru, this is agent tools to help their clients to post And advertise. Only registered agents who subscribe to guru will be able to post their listing.

Public personnels wont be able to advertise their listings on Property Guru. You can advertise on free portals and newspapers. Well of course you can hire an agent to advertise for you, but in this case, you have to pay commission if the agent manages to find you a tenant.
