Hello, I am from Hong Kong.
I am considering to rent or buy a commercial property with 2000 to 3000 ft through a company.

Could anyone please provide some information for my reference.
1. The procedures and requirements to rent or buy a commercial property.
2. For mortgage through my company, what is the maximum mortgage %? What is the maximum mortgage amortization period?
3. Can commercial property for residential use?
4. If rental, in general speaking, how much is the rent deposit per contract? Any management fee per month?
5. Any reference for the renovation costs and other costs?
