Hello, I am an Australian Citizen, moved to Singapore for a project at Tanjong Pagar. My Workplace is at 1 Wallich Street and am looking at renting a 1 bedder around Tanjong Pagar or anywhere around the MRT station on the green line (EW).
I am on EP and would be staying with my wife and am looking at a lease of 1 year as of now. I am of Indian origin and am a Software Consultant and would be open to consider HDB/condo apartments. Please suggest.
