Afternoon Zoey,

What I understand is that if a salesperson advertise for the seller or landlord, they require permission to do so. Hence it would mean that they represent the seller or landlord. When the seller or landlord do not pay commission, and the salesperson is to collect from you, as a buyer, should the salesperson side you or the seller?

Exactly, that's why I find that request strange coming from the Seller's agent. Agent is keen to close the deal, but because Seller now refusing to pay commission. what can I do in such case? Thanks for the advice!
