Hello Guru,

My Budget for a three bedroom private condominium is 900,000k. I am not very particular on the location. I am very flexible.

I dont mind stretching the budget abit more for a better property. My major concern is the space. Can you please tell which properties is up in the market I can get!

Hi Jake,

If you are looking particularly at freehold or 999years leasehold properties, you may have to be disappointed in the choices you have. Otherwise, you can consider some privatised ECs, where in terms of location, they are usually pretty convenient and with amenities around.
