Hello Guru, I am a foreigner on EP with annaual salary of 150K.Been a year now. Interested to buy a one Bedroom condo- approx about 500-550K- Can you advise me how much is the current stampduty & is it really worth buying now or wait for some more time.

Hi Maddy

Another suggestion would be wait till you become a P.R, then proceed to buy a property in Singapore. Stamp duty payable for P.R is 8% as compare to 18% as a foreigner. Cheers!
