Hello all seniors from the property industry!

Would appreciate if anyone willing to share about RES exam info, I’ve tried taking the RES exam the 8th time. Failed all for both papers. I’m not sure what I’m missing out as I’ve tried multiple study methods and finding all the resources I can.

So my post today in hope of getting some guidance or someone who can actually point out where I could have gone wrong, or how I could have done it in order to pass this exam.
