Dear sir/madam,
In situations where supply is more than demand, prices will definitely be affected. From the forecast of more supply flowing into the market in the next year, I am personally anticipating a cooler market than current. At the very least, if your unit pricing is right, your concern would be smaller unless you are an urgent seller.
