Heard that one of the 2BR+study 1055 sg ft Sophia Residence was sold for only 1.6m last month or about 1500 psf. Anyone knows of any more such units for sale at that price? For that pricing how much would the 2BR 797 sq ft be? Would also consider the 3BR 1087 sq ft if similarly priced.
