Dear Rangers,

I believe that affordability will not be a concern for you given that you are considering both. In true honesty, I do not see too much of a difference between a EC and private condominium therefore the concern will be the location of the projects with the proce range to consider for. Your concern will be which is more value for money for your circumstance (investment or own stay).
