Hdb rental to immediate family allow 9 pax. What about helper name?

Hello there..
Actually HDB already revised it to 6 pax for rental. (Even if immediate family)
If you're asking if the 6 includes the helper, then the answer is yes..
If your rental agreement was approved before 1st May 2018, the 9 pax limit is still allowed. However the limit will be revised to 6 upon your renewal of tenancy.. Yeah, can be a tricky situation for your case.. Hope you will be able to figure something out..
