Dear Ms Jemima,

I have recently came across a client who is an existing tenant in the project and we were briefly chatting about his experience in the project. Overall he seems satisfied with the project for he places more emphasis on the convenience of location to and from office, the concierge services available where his posts and parcels will not be missed and end up spending unnecessary time to pick up the parcels or posts in the post office. He did also indicated that rectification works on the rubbish chute is still ongoing and seems that it will still take a while to complete.

I am just wondering why are you interested in this project over other projects nearby? One Shenton seems good too.
