Gurus - my agent did not tell me that the buyer is actually my neighbor. He says he did not know this because he was co-broking. I am not sure this is the full story.

I only found out after looking at transfer documents from my lawyer. I think this was material information and would have affected by negotiation strategy. The Option to Purchase document that my agent prepared also omitted the buyer's address (is this normal?). I feel misled and misinformed because I would have bargained harder knowing this information.

Do you think I should report my agent to CEA over this?

Afternoon Mike,

Looks like you feel short changed. How much was your selling price? Was it winthin your requirement? As seller's agent, our duty is to help you sell your property, at the price which is realistic and in accordance to your instruction.
I'm not sure which company your agent belong to, but for the OTP from my company, there's no requirement for the input of buyer's address. For purchase and sales, I would say as long as your agent managed to match the asking price you requested, he have fulfilled his duty.
