Gurus, I intend to purchase a condo now with budget around 1 Mil, since I need to move out my rented house soon, do you know how long it will take from signing OTP to deal completion? Are there any ways to speed up the transaction processes? I already got in-princple loan approval and found one solicitor. Urgent and thanks.

Hi Vicent,

The normal transaction is 12 weeks, some can do it 8 weeks, which is the least.

The only way can speed up is if you can find a just TOP project and discuss with the seller to have earlier keys handover, after you have exercise. This will save you time for renovation and moving in earlier.
