Gurus, I am a PR here and already owned a HDB for many years. I am thinking of converting to Singapore Citizen however I want to know if I am able to purchase overseas properties in future. Secondly, I also wish to know what will happen to my existing properties that I owned overseas when I convert to become a citizen. Thanks.
