Need your expert advice. I currently moved out from my rental flat. This is the first time i have rented a private condo unit.
Signing the rental contract
Informed that i have a pet dog.
Now handing over
I informed her that i will pay for the broken glass in the toilet cabinet, the parapet floor a corner chipped off and service of air con.
But owner wants me to pay for the black staining in the wall the damage under the bed which shreds of cloth coming out .
The bed below is too small even to put anything things in.
Wants me to hire a professional contractor to clean the whole house and will sue me if i dun do all this.
Worse she left her tv on the wall. We hv our own tv and using it. Now she wants us to pay for the replacement of her tv as it got mold.
She does not wants to return my deposit and wants me to pay more for everything.
What i understand she wants to sell this unit.i would like your help to get a better understanding on this issue
