Hi Brad,

Since the initial period is only for 2 months odd lease, it will be a better option to go into service apartments since it is against the regulations to do a 2 months lease here in Singapore. Alternative option is to move straight into the bigger apartment and get it ready when your family arrives. I have been looking after the needs of my tenants who are due to arrive here in Singapore for sometime and I am sure ai can do the same for you. In fact, I have just found an apartment for my tenant who has been here for 2 years to look at a smaller home option. I still have a number of similar 3 bedrooms apartment for your considerations at a new project where landlord has just gotten their keys. Get in touch with me soon.
