Good morning,
While searching for a condo for renting, I found some reasonably clean condos in clementi area. While checking the price all have got different squarefoot rates in the same area from different agents with same condo facilities having almost same area. It is getting bit difficult to negotiate.
I would like to know, what is the reasonable squarefoot rate in that area, especially on West coast road, I can offer to my landlords? Is there a sort of rule of thumb or a best practice for this? I m new in singapore so feeling bit difficulty at this stage?
