Good morning .

We are a European/American-owned company looking to establish an expansion of our business line in Singapore.

I am contacting you because of our need to rent an office in Singapore.

Our needs are based on an area with the following characteristics:

- Two offices
- A meeting room for 8 - 10 people
- An open plan area for 10 people
- Additionally, another space to be used as a travelling office / meeting room
- Representative area on level (top) or level 2

I would like to receive information about rental rates, security deposit, contract terms.
