Good Day Gurus,
Recently I have inherited a sum of money from the sales of my parent's property which is close to 40mil.
I'm looking to invest in the building at 1 upper circular road which is listed for 26m. However the building is situated on 2 pieces of land. One 99years and another 999 years leasehold.
Since that's the case, do you think its a good investment?
