Good day GURUS :)
My friend and I recently signed a TA with the agent-(Miss S) of the owner of this condominium in Novena. It is a rental for 2 years. On our first visit, Miss S was very friendly and telling us how "hot" this unit it. We too, found it very appealing therefore paid the first deposit and also submitted LOI on that same night. We noticed the bomb shelter door was removed and i asked if we could have it placed back, she said it is definitely fine and we do not have to list it in the required list in the LOI.
On the 2nd visit, when my friend and i went back to the unit to submit the further deposits and sign the TA, Miss S made a big fuss and said it cost a lot to put it back when we asked her will the bomb shelther's door be fix back as it is really ugly leaving the door in the bomb shelter. My question is: if she demands us to pay if we want the door to be placed back like how it originally was, do we as tenants need to pay?
